“I have been running for years but never had a structured program or carried out strength training to compliment my running. I don’t like gyms and enclosed spaces. I much much fullsizeoutput_5fprefer running and training outdoors. I had a serious knee injury many years ago and this affects my running. Working with Rachael meant for the first time I had a program of personalised exercises to complement and assist with my running. All the sessions took place outdoors in a location convenient to me. Rachael discussed specific exercises to improve my mobility and core strength. The program evolved as I improved and Rachael pushed me to continue improving but always to a level I was comfortable with. Rachael was excellent at demonstrating and explaining all the exercises I had to do and always encouraged and motivated me. This was my first experience of completing an exercise program that did not involve having to go to the gym. To be able to train outdoors and receive continual feedback and encouragement made the exercise program enjoyable and I really noticed the improvement it made to my running.”
